3. Products, Stock, and Price Information

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

  • We reserve the right to update stock and prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without warning.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and others.

  • Payments are processed securely via encrypted channels, and full card details are not stored.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery coverage: We deliver across Australia; other countries are not supported.

  • Shipping fees: Orders ≤ AUD 160 incur AUD 16.99 shipping; orders > AUD 160 qualify for free delivery.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • Delivery time: Estimated 6–11 business days after shipment.

  • Carrier: UPS.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri, 10:30 AM–6:00 PM AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day; orders after 6:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next working day.

6. Order Cancellation

  • 48 hours cancellation: Orders not yet shipped can be canceled immediately.

  • After 48 hours: We recommend waiting for delivery and then using the return process.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after cancellation confirmation.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return period: 30 days from delivery.

  • Return conditions: Product appearance issues, quality defects, odor/severe color difference, wrong item, or no reason.

  • Return process: Contact us via email or phone with order number, proof of payment, reason, and photos/videos. Our team will provide a return address and inspect the product upon receipt. Refunds issued if conditions are met.

  • Exchange process: Similar to return, approved exchanges will ship a replacement within 1–3 business days.

  • Return label: We provide a return label to ensure proper tracking and processing.

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping fees: Defective/wrong items—covered by us; no reason returns—covered by customer.

  • Responsibility: Customers must package items securely; we are not liable for damages caused by improper packaging.
