Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through Cosyharmoni (hereinafter referred to as “we”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Order cancellation conditions

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled within 48 hours after successful placement. In this case, the order can be cancelled directly without additional requirements.

Orders placed for more than 48 hours, or orders that have already been shipped, cannot be cancelled at this stage. If such an order is no longer needed, you may wait for the shipment to arrive and then contact us to request a return and refund.

Order cancellation process

  1. To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. When submitting your request, provide relevant information such as your order number and proof of payment to help us locate your order efficiently.

  2. Once your request is received, our support team will review it promptly. If the cancellation request meets the conditions, we will notify you of the result and arrange the refund as soon as possible.
