Shipping Policy

 

Cosyharmoni (hereinafter referred to as “we”) is committed to delivering products safely and efficiently to our customers. The following terms explain delivery coverage, fees, timelines, and responsibilities.

Delivery coverage

We provide delivery across the entire territory of Australia. Currently, deliveries to countries outside Australia are not supported.

Shipping fees

  • Orders over AUD 160 qualify for free delivery.

  • Orders of AUD 160 or less are charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 16.99.

Cut-off time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following working day.

Processing time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Estimated delivery time

After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 6–11 business days.

Shipping carrier

All shipments are handled by UPS.

Order tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier information. You can track your order status on our website's “Order Tracking” page by entering your email or phone number and corresponding order number.

Responsibility disclaimer

  • Product damage or loss: We take all reasonable precautions during shipping, but cannot be held responsible for damages or loss caused by carriers during transit.

  • Shipping modifications or cancellations: Changes to shipping addresses or cancellation requests must be made before processing begins.

  • Delivery address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Upon delivery, please check the package for visible damage. Sign for the package only if it is intact. For any issues, contact our support team immediately.
