Cosyharmoni (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides a clear and reliable shopping experience for customers. This guide covers how to place orders, payment methods, shipping, order cancellation, and returns/exchanges.

Shopping process

  1. Browse our store: Explore products on our website and select the items you wish to purchase.

  2. Add to cart: Click “Add to Cart” for each product you want.

  3. Review your cart: Verify quantities, shipping address, and order details before checkout.

  4. Proceed to checkout: Enter shipping information, select payment method, and confirm the order.

  5. Order confirmation: After completing payment, you will receive an email with order number, payment details, and expected shipping information.

Payment process

  1. Accepted payment methods: We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and others.

  2. Enter payment details: Input your card number, expiration date, and security code securely.

  3. Confirm payment: Review your order and submit payment. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

  4. Security: Payments are processed through encrypted channels. Full card details are not stored on our servers.

Shipping information

  • Delivery coverage: Delivery is available across Australia. International delivery is not supported.

  • Shipping fees: Orders over AUD 160 qualify for free shipping. Orders of AUD 160 or less are charged AUD 16.99.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day. Orders after 6:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–11 business days after shipment.

  • Shipping carrier: UPS.

  • Order tracking: You will receive an email with order number, payment info, and shipping carrier details. Track your order on the “Order Tracking” page using your email or phone number and order number.

  • Receiving instructions: Check the package for damage before signing. Contact support immediately for issues.

Order cancellation

  • Cancellation within 48 hours: Orders not yet shipped may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement.

  • After 48 hours or shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery for a refund.

  • Cancellation request: Contact our support via email or phone with order number and payment proof.

  • Confirmation: Our team will process your request and notify you if approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns and exchanges

Return conditions:

  • Product appearance issues

  • Quality defects

  • Odor, severe color differences, or similar problems

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Returns without reason

Return process:

  2. Our team will approve and provide the return address.

  4. We inspect the product and issue a refund if it meets return conditions.

Exchange process:

Refunds: Returned funds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 1–3 business days. Contact us if delayed.

Shipping fees for returns:

  • Returns without reason: shipping costs covered by customer.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping if proper packaging is not followed. Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses.
