Exchange process

Refund process

Return labels
We provide a return label for approved returns. The label should be affixed securely to the package. Using the provided label ensures the return is tracked and processed correctly. Only packages sent with the return label provided by us will be eligible for processing.
Shipping cost rules

For returns due to appearance issues, quality defects, odor, severe color difference, or wrong item delivered, we cover the shipping cost.
